In November 2025, Vanguard featured Credlake Projects Limited in a report on how the company is working to reshape Abuja’s real estate market.
The report describes Credlake, founded in 2023, as a fast-growing Abuja developer that pairs affordable housing with land banking: buying land early in high-growth locations so that clients benefit as those areas develop.
Making property accessible
Speaking to Vanguard, Ikenna Anene explained the thinking behind the company:
“Our vision is to make real estate investment accessible to more Nigerians, not just the wealthy.”
The article points to Credlake’s focus on efficiency, affordability and transparency, and its appeal to young professionals, first-time homeowners and growing families.
Where Credlake is building
Vanguard highlights a completed mini estate in Life Camp and projects in Idu, Kabusa, Guzape 2 and Apo Wasa. Anene described these growth corridors as central to the city’s future:
“Areas like Idu and Guzape are the future of Abuja’s residential expansion.”
What comes next
Beyond Abuja, the company plans to take its model to other fast-developing Nigerian cities. “Our goal is to replicate our success story in other regions,” Anene told the paper.
